This app will make you aware of when you are using certain apps for too long. I call this a Mind Leak. When this happens, the app will show you yourself staring into the phone (or alternatively someone else staring) as a reminder that your mind is leaking. This will help you to reduce the time spent on the apps you want to use less.

App usage statistics
The app needs to access the app usage statistics to determine whether an app is running for too long. This data is only used during runtime and just the number of mind leaks per day and app is stored solely locally.
This app requires the permission to access the app usage statistics. If you are presented with a list, only allow for Mind Leak.

Overlay
The app needs to display a small overlay on top of other apps when one of them is running for too long. It is always easy to identify that this overlay comes from Mind Leak.
This app requires the permission to create an overlay on top of other apps. If you are presented with a list, only allow for Mind Leak.

Source
Here you can select what video source you would like to see in the overlay. I strongly suggest using the front camera for a unique experience. Live camera data is only used during runtime and never stored unless you decide to record a video, which will be saved locally in the app's folder.
Depending on your selection, this app may require the permission to access the camera.
